Shipping

Shipping costs are based on multiple factors including the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Therefore, a total invoice amount (including actual shipping and sales tax) is not available until after the order is processed. (Generally if your company UPS or FedEX account number is provided to us there would be NO shipping charges billed from Northeast Blueprint). A final invoice will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.

Orders placed before 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed immediately. Otherwise, they will be processed the next business day. Arrival date of Plans and Specs is dependent on which delivery method is selected at the time of your order. While we make every attempt to notify customers of unusual processing delays, we suggest that you confirm your order if it is not received within 4 days of purchase. Refunds

All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable.

If there is an error on our part related to your order, please contact us at Neblue@Neprint.com or (216) 261-7500 and we will replace or refund the applicable parts of the order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except if you were sent an incorrect or damaged product.
